LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. DATA RESPONSIBLE AND REPRESENTATIVE

By the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (Law No. 6698); as HEALING JOURNEY (HEALING JOURNEY HEALTH TOURISM LIMITED COMPANY) as a data controller; we attach importance to the privacy of personal data and the privacy of private life.

  • Your data is within the scope of the following purposes and our commercial relations,
  • Within the framework of the purpose that requires their processing, and in connection with this purpose, in a limited and measured way, by the law and honesty rules,

(Name and surname, TR Identity No, signature, mother’s name, father’s name, place of birth, date of birth, place of registration (province/district/neighbourhood), identity card serial and no, family serial no, book volume and serial no, marital status, identity registration numbers, reason/place/date of issue, identity card, driver’s license and passport photocopy, dependents, gender, nationality, SSI number, tax id number, photocopy of a license, employee card.

Communication Data: The data group can be used to reach the person. Phone (home/mobile), address, and e-mail address.

Health Data: The data group contains the person’s health information. Psychological tests and results, evaluation scales (projective and neuropsychological evaluations), drugs used, disease history, alcohol and smoking, diagnosis, epicrisis, anamnesis, rest reports, status reports, prescriptions, drug reports, family members’ genetic disease information, laboratory results, doctor analysis and comments, Health reports, Pregnancy status, and disability status.

Biometric Data: Palm print, Biometric and genetic tests, and data.

Audio/Visual Data: The data group contains the individual’s visual and audio data. Photograph, audio recording, camera recording, and driver’s license/ID copy/scan.

Financial Data: The data group contains the person’s financial information. Bank account number, IBAN, card information, bank name, invoice, and current account.

Signature Data: It is the data group that holds the signature information of the person. Wet Signature, e-signature, signature copy/scan, ID copy, and signature circular/statement.

Occupational Data: It is a data group that holds information about the profession of the person. Such as his workplace and information about his/her profession.

Education Data: It is the data group that holds the education data of the individual. School, education information, vocational training, personal training.

Employment Data: Employed company, department and position information, employment history.

Family and Relatives Data: Name, surname, number of relatives, and TR Identity number.

Legal Action: Correspondence with official institutions and organizations, file, and debt information regarding enforcement proceedings.

Other: For applications made from the Human Resources tab, the position applied for, the centre where the application is made, and if uploaded by you, your CV, and military service status information.

Website: Log records, browser data and session cookies.

  1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA

The personal data we obtain from you, our clients, patients and visitors, customers, and suppliers, may be processed for the purposes stated below and for similar purposes and reasons, including but not limited to.

Your data: In line with the purposes explained above and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698, by taking the necessary security measures, the relevant security measures within the scope of Social Security Institution, Ministry of Health, Provincial Health Directorate, Chief Public Prosecutor’s Offices, Courts, and enforcement directorates.   1. TRANSFER TO ABROAD

Your private data that we have obtained in line with the membership agreement, distance sales agreement or similar services you have signed; In line with the purposes explained above and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law No. 6698, by taking the necessary security measures; It can be transferred to foreign countries declared to have adequate protection by the Board or for similar purposes, based on your express consent, on a limited basis.

  1. METHOD AND LEGAL REASON FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

To fulfil our legal obligations as a data controller, to carry out our activities, to protect the legitimate interests of our centre, to ensure the performance of the distance sales contract between us, for health, treatment and diagnosis, and the reasons stipulated in the laws; The data that we request from you, or via our website/phone or that you prefer to share with us are collected via e-mail and based on the legal reasons stated above.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER STATED IN ARTICLE 11 OF THE LAW NUMBERED 6698

As a personal data owner, if you apply in writing to HEALING JOURNEY (HEALING JOURNEY HEALTH TOURISM LIMITED COMPANY) for your requests regarding your rights stated below; Depending on the nature of your request, a free response will be given within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.

However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, HEALING JOURNEY (HEALING JOURNEY HEALTH TOURISM LIMITED COMPANY) may charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

In this context, personal data owners according to article 11 of the LPPD;
